KE-505Offline cutting and splitting machine

KE-505 is a servo-linked offline milling cutter-type lower cutting splitter. The spindle is cut under the table, and there is no motion mechanism in the upper area. It is safer when manually picking and placing the board. It uses the milling cutter to operate at high speed to separate the multi-piece PCBA according to the first programming path. Replace the cutting defects caused by manual folding, V-CUT or PUSH, etc., to reduce product defects caused by stress and ensure product assembly dimensional accuracy.

Single point knife depth

When cutting some PCBA products, sometimes there are components below a certain cutting point. In order to ensure that the components below the cutting point are not cut, it is especially important to modify the single-point cutting depth.

Single point speed modification

We sometimes encounter cutting plates of different sizes together, causing the small plates to fly or cut unevenly when cutting at the same speed as the large plates. At this time, we need to modify the cutting speed of the small plates separately to ensure the cutting quality without affecting the overall cutting speed.

Barcode recognition function (optional)

Using a CCD camera or adding a code reader, 1D/2D barcodes can be read and saved or uploaded to MES for easy tracking and digital management.

Visual edge finding system (optional)

Using the automatic edge seeking system, the edge seeking cutting setting can be selectively selected. After visual correction, the influence of PCB and fixture tolerances on the sub-board accuracy can be eliminated, and the cutting accuracy can be improved. It can be used in high-precision cutting occasions.

Tool diameter identification system (optional)

The use of tool diameter identification can effectively prevent the wrong tool diameter from being placed artificially and the cutting scrap caused by mistakes.
