
The KE-500 series splitter is a device that uses a milling cutter to run at high speed and a four-axis servo linkage to separate a multi-chip PCB according to a pre-programmed path. Replace cutting defects caused by manual breaking, V-CUT or PUSH, thereby improving product quality and reducing scrap rate. This equipment adopts AC servo motor, WIN7/WIN10 system, and uses high-pixel CCD to make programs, teach, edit cutting paths, and can be modified and simulated in a single step. Alternate processing with dual working platforms can effectively reduce the idle time of the machine, thereby achieving higher production efficiency and quality.
